Project Summary
At T-Mobile, I supported the development and deployment of targeted marketing strategies in underrepresented rural and small-town markets. By focusing on community-specific outreach, event-based engagement, and tailored promotional messaging, I helped drive awareness and improve local customer acquisition.
These strategies were informed by demographic trends, store-level performance data, and regional buying behavior, giving our team the ability to reach people where national campaigns often fell short. My work contributed to improved brand visibility and supported the store team’s sales efforts in high-potential but overlooked regions.
Learning & Development Outcome
Working on this initiative helped me understand the power of micro-targeting in marketing and the importance of adapting brand strategy to community context.
